This stunning 3rd Floor apartment(The Orange awning in the picture) is located right on the River on the most exclusive island in Paris, it boasts views of the Eiffel tower and Notre Dame is just steps away, as are St Germain & the Latin quarter.

It has three large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished in a chic, modern style. It has an open plan living area, kitchen and dining room.

All three bedrooms are large by Parisian standards. Two of them are configured with queen size beds, and the third can be either a queen or two singles.

Occupancy is 6 persons.

We are continually adding exciting new destinations as we add more Members to the Club. Destinations are added primarily within 4-5 hours' travel time from where our Members live. Our newest additions are a 3-bedroom waterfront apartment in Auckland, New Zealand and a 5-bedroom lake front home in Queenstown, New Zealand. The ski chalet we own in Megeve, France will be complete and ready for our Members to use this (Northern) winter.

Destinations to be added within the next few months, include a 3-bedroom apartment with great ocean views and terrific amenities in Marina Del Ray, Los Angeles, California and a 3- bedroom waterfront apartment in South Beach, Miami, Florida and a 70' sailing yacht to be based in the Caribbean and East coast of the USA.

Destinations to be added in the next 12 months, are a London Apartment, a Caribbean beach house in St Martin, a harbour-side apartment in Sydney, Australia, a Chateaux in Bordeaux, France and a country retreat in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, UK.

We made some great enhancements to our Membership Benefits in September 2007; now:

- Members can move one week of their vacation days into the next year if they do not wish to use it this year, and are able to move one week from the upcoming year in to the current year.

-It is now possible to book more than one property over the same dates; for example, Dad could take the boys sailing while Mum went on a trip to Paris with her girlfriends.

-We have added a new 5-week plan called the Platinum Plan, which provides up to 5 weeks vacation for an individual Member.

-We also changed our Shared Plan options so that you can share any Membership Plan from 1 to 5 weeks, with up to 3 other friends or family for an additional $5,000 Joining Deposit for each additional name that you add.
